Early Intervention Service Coordination in Help Me Grow

If you came to us because you are worried about your child’s development or your child has a diagnosis that may lead to a developmental delay, you will receive services to help you coordinate your child’s needs for early intervention services. Early intervention is for children birth to age 3 and their families who have a need for services to support their development. You will be assigned a “service coordinator” who is credentialed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities system. Your service coordinator will guide you in ensuring that your child receives a comprehensive developmental evaluation. Your service coordinator will work with you to write a thorough plan for you and your family addressing the developmental needs and services your child may need and help you connect with those services.
